Doug Jennings

Doug Jennings began working at R&T in December, 2007, as the company’s first full time outside sales person. Doug had previously gained experience in industrial electrical and controls while serving six years in the US Navy aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. After the Navy, Doug spent the next eighteen years self-employed in retail, construction and real estate development. These experiences prepared him for the many duties he would undertake while working within a small, but rapidly growing company. These duties included sales, estimating, material purchases, operations and project management. During his tenure, R&T’s annual sales have almost tripled. During this growth, R&T has added an electrical estimator, project manager and operations manager. These additional personnel  now allow Doug to concentrate on sales, and spend more time on business development. Doug’s dedication and drive will help ensure continued growth and future success for R&T.  Doug, his wife Tammy, and son Brody live in Hokes Bluff AL.
